With more than 25 years of experience in the insurance sector, Jennifer has built her career on integrity, industry expertise, and a commitment to exceptional service.

Jennifer began her insurance journey in 1998 with Nationwide Insurance Company as a customer service representative. After three years, her strong work ethic and attention to detail earned her a promotion to Claims Representative, where she handled both property and bodily injury claims for 13 years. She later joined the Sales Support division, expanding her understanding of client needs and operational processes.

Eager to return to client-focused work, Jennifer transitioned into sales as a producer in 2018, where she discovered her passion for the trucking industry. She immersed herself in FMCSA regulations and transportation compliance, ultimately becoming a trusted trucking insurance specialist — a role she proudly holds today.

With decades of hands-on experience across customer service, claims, sales support, and production, Jennifer brings a 360-degree understanding of the insurance world to every client relationship. Her mission is simple and unwavering: to run Finch Transportation Insurance LLC with honesty, clarity, and a genuine dedication to protecting every customer’s business.

Jennifer is currently engaged to Christopher Jones, and the couple is joyfully preparing for their wedding in July 2026. She is also a proud mother of two adult children, Avram (20) and Alayna (31), who inspire her commitment to leadership, growth, and hard work. As she and Christopher plan their future together, Jennifer looks forward to continuing to grow Finch Transportation Insurance Agency with integrity and profitability, supported every step of the way by her family.
